RRS: DNE (Disqualification Not Excludable) is a protest-committee disqualification that shall not be excluded from series scoring. Like DSQ but the DNE flag prevents discard selection. DNE scores N+1 using the dnfScoring setting (starters or entries). With 4 entered boats and seriesEntries scoring, DNE = 5.
