Two fleets — equal finish positions within and across fleets

Equal-position scoring applies per fleet. A tie between two boats in the same fleet averages their fleet-scoped scores. A tie between boats in different fleets has no effect: each fleet is scored independently, so only same-fleet ties produce averaged points. Fleet A (3 boats): J2 and J3 cross the finish line together at cross-fleet position 2. Within Fleet A they share places 2 and 3, each scoring (2+3)/2 = 2.5. Fleet B (2 boats): both boats finish cleanly at cross-fleet positions 4 and 5. Within Senior fleet they are ranked 1st and 2nd, scoring 1 and 2.

Scoring configuration: No discards. DNF/OCS scoring: A5.2 (series entries).

Junior fleet (N=3): J1=1, J2=2.5, J3=2.5
Senior fleet (N=2): S1=rank1=1, S2=rank2=2 (DNC would score N+1=3)
