Adds a medal race to F1 (SI 18.6): the medal race scores double Appendix-A4
points and is never discardable, and its boats are ranked at the top of the
championship regardless of opening-series points. Non-medal boats sail one
further opening-series race scored "first finisher 11, second 12, and so on"
(SI 18.3.4) — a companion race whose points start immediately below the ten
medal boats.
Real Adelaide: 3 fleets → G/S/B, medal fleet = top 10, companion first = 11,
Gold 11 races / Silver-Bronze 10, champion Matt Wearn 24 net (medal win
scored 2.0). Reduced here to 2 fleets of 3, medal size 2 (so companion
first = size + 1 = 3), no series discard (discardThresholds empty) so the
medal arithmetic is transparent. `expected` verified against the engine.
Structure: Q1–Q2 -> split Gold(3)/Silver(3) -> F1 -> medal fleet = top 2 of
Gold (y1, b1); the remaining Gold boat (y2) sails the companion "last race".
