D3 finale scheduled but never sailed: the companion 'last race' does not run, and the opening series stands

A scheduled finale that never sails must leave the results resting on what
was sailed. At Adelaide the non-medal Gold boats were scheduled a companion
"last race" (SI 7.4) that never ran — so those boats simply carry no
companion score, and the medal race alone decides the top. (The sibling case:
49erFX 2023's medal race was abandoned for lack of wind and the title stood
on the opening series.)
This fixture is fixture 03 with the companion "last race" NOT sailed: the
medal fleet (y1, b1) sails its medal race, but the remaining Gold boat y2
has no companion race at all. y2 therefore keeps only her opening total —
the finale that was scheduled for her never happened. `expected` verified
against the engine.
