One qualifying fleet split into Gold and Silver, each boat's qualifying score halved into the final series, ties on the last race

The event says it adopts the ILCA Worlds medal-series format, and applies
it to both of its final fleets: after a one-fleet Qualifying series the
fleet splits by rank into Gold (the top half, rounded up) and Silver, and
"the net points score after the qualifying series will be halved (a score
to carry forward), and both races sailed in the medal races must be
counted" (SI 15.3). Where SI 15.3 is silent it follows the ILCA SIs: the
halving rounds to the nearest whole number, 0.5 upward (ILCA SI 18.7.3);
a tie is broken on the last race, replacing A8 (ILCA SI 18.7.4); and Gold
ranks above Silver.

Configured as `final: { carry: halved, tieBreak: last-race }`. The final
series races are settled by the carry: never excluded, and not counted
towards the discards. Qualifying is cut short at 8 races, one discard
each; with the two final races counted it would have reached ten.

Same racing as fixture 29, which scores the doubled reading first put to
the organiser. Nets after qualifying: m1 10, m2 14, m3 19, m4 25, m5 33,
halved to 5, 7, 10 (9.5 up), 13 (12.5 up), 17 (16.5 up). m2 and m3 tie on
12; m3 won F2, the last race, and m2 was third in it.
