Each flight ranked on its own after the flights sail unequal numbers of races: every race counts for the flight that sailed it

J/80 (supplied boats) 2025 — Irish Sailing Keelboat Champions' Cup, Royal Irish YC (SI 6.2-6.3) · F9 · E2 · SI (reference-docs:events/irish-champions-cup-keelboat-2025/SI.md)

2 qualifying fleets · no split · discards: No discards. · medal race ×1
Light easterlies cut the Saturday of the 2025 event to two races for
flight A and none for flight B. Each flight is its own selection pool, so
flight A's two races decide flight A's seats whatever flight B sails.
Ranked as one list, a qualifying race counts only once every fleet has
sailed it, and flight A's second race would count for nobody.

At reduced scale flight B sails one race, so its selection has something
to go on; the point is that flight A's second race counts. Flight A:
a1 1+2, a3 3+1, a2 2+3, then a4 and a5 on 9 (a5 won the last race of
the two), a6 6 + DNS 7 — her own flight of six plus one. Flight B on its
one race. The top two of each go through; the medal boats rank as one
list above both flights, and the rest keep their rank in their flight.
