IRC — competitor with no TCC is excluded from scoring; others scored normally
A boat entered in a handicap fleet with no rating is rejected from scoring entirely. It does not appear in results and does not affect fleet size or other competitors' points.
Scoring system: IRC
Rated fleet size = 2 (Boat 2 excluded), so penalty = 3.
Start 14:00:00 (= 50400 s since midnight)
Boat 1 (TCC 1.05): finish 15:05:00 ET = 3900 s CT = 3900 × 1.05 = 4095.0 s → 2nd (2 pts)
Boat 2 (no TCC): finish 15:10:00 — excluded (no rating)
Boat 3 (TCC 0.95): finish 15:03:00 ET = 3780 s CT = 3780 × 0.95 = 3591.0 s → 1st (1 pt)
Boat 2 has a recorded finish time but no TCC, so it is excluded from scoring.
no ircTcc — unrated
sailor "2" is excluded — no expected entry
