IRC — series tie broken by RRS A8.1/A8.2 on the handicap path

The A8 tie-break is shared by scratch and handicap scoring. This fixture exercises it through the corrected-time path (calculateHandicapStandings). All boats carry TCC 1.0, so corrected time equals elapsed time and finishing order is the race order. Alice and Bob both net 5 with one discard; their non-discarded scores are identical ([2, 3] each), so A8.1 cannot separate them (Alice's discard is a DNC, Bob's is a 4th — both excluded). A8.2 then counts back from the last race: race 3 has Alice 3rd and Bob 4th, so Alice ranks ahead. This is the handicap mirror of scratch fixture 14.
