VPRS — corrected-time order differs from finish order (spinnaker TCC)

VPRS is scored time-on-time, exactly like IRC: CT = ET × TCC, ranked by lowest corrected time. The TCCs here are real Dublin Bay SC 2026 spinnaker ratings (vprs.org). Gung-Ho (a slow Super Seal 26, TCC 0.855) crosses the line last but wins on handicap; Optique (a Cork 1720, TCC 1.003) is fastest on the water but only second on corrected time.
