VPRS — non-spinnaker TCCs, three races, one discard, A8 tie-break

A non-spinnaker VPRS class is scored on each boat's "No spin" TCC — the same static time-on-time path, just the other coefficient (the per-fleet spin/non- spin choice is made when handicaps are entered, so the engine sees one applied vprsTcc). TCCs are real DBSC 2026 no-spin values. Three races with a single discard; Boomerang and Optique finish level on net points and split on RRS A8.2 (last-race count-back).

Scoring configuration: 1 discard from race 3. DNF/OCS scoring: A5.2 (series entries).

Start 14:00:00 (50400 s) every race. CT = ET × TCC, half-up to whole seconds.
