ORC — the scoring option is chosen per race (ToT default, one race switched to ToD)

ORC Rating Systems 401.1: the scoring method and type of course are the organizer's choice, defined in the NoR/SIs — which may vary them by race type. Race 1 scores on the fleet's default (APHT time-on-time, 403.3); race 2's start names APHD, so that race alone scores time-on-distance (403.2) over its recorded course length.

Scoring system: ORC

The same boats and certificates as fixtures 15 and 16:
  Impetuous (Corby 25)  APHT 0.9631  APHD 623.0
  Mojo (J-80)           APHT 1.0089  APHD 594.7

Race 1 — fleet default (APHT, time-on-time), gun 14:00:00:
  Mojo:      finish 14:58:00  ET = 3480 s  CT = 3480 × 1.0089 = 3510.97 → 3511 → 2nd
  Impetuous: finish 15:00:00  ET = 3600 s  CT = 3600 × 0.9631 = 3467.16 → 3467 → 1st

Race 2 — the start names APHD (time-on-distance), gun 15:15:00, 3.24 NM.
Mojo is the scratch boat (lowest allowance, 594.7 s/NM):
  Mojo:      finish 15:50:51  ET = 2151 s  CT = 2151 (scratch anchor)
  Impetuous: finish 15:51:49  ET = 2209 s
             CT = 2209 − (623.0 − 594.7) × 3.24 = 2209 − 91.692 = 2117.308 → 2117 → 1st

The rating applied flips with the option: a TCC-like multiplier in race 1,
an allowance in seconds per nautical mile in race 2.
