Fleets

Multi-fleet series where competitors are grouped into fleets and scored independently. The penalty point base N is the fleet size, not the total series entries — a DNC in a fleet of 3 scores 4, not the series total plus one.

Examples

#	Scenario
1	Two fleets (Junior 3, Senior 2) — penalty points and finish ranks are fleet-scoped
2	Two fleets with startingArea scoring — DNF must score less than DNC
3	Two fleets — equal finish positions within and across fleets
4	A fleet with no start in a race is not in it — a stale result there scores nothing
