Result codes
Scoring behaviour for result codes: position-replacing codes (DNS, DNF, DSQ,
OCS, UFD, BFD, RET, NSC, DNC, DNE) and non-discardable penalties. Point
values and discard eligibility are governed by RRS Appendix A5 and Rule 30.
